Quite simply, she's the BEST! I've known her for over a decade and she has always been there to help plan the most outstanding trips! Every time there's been any issue or concern, Lorraine has always been there to make things right. We love her!!! Even though my review says "St. Thomas", Lorraine has helped us plan trips to St. Lucia, Disney World, our entire wedding in the Caribbean and so much more!

From the first time with our Daughters wedding in Maya Riviera 7 years ago and all the trips we have taken since, Canada / Hawaii / 5 cruise / Mexico / Aruba / Many Caribbean Islands over those years, and we always used Lorraine Simpson or her company Romance Concierge. From her staff to Lorraine, we never had issues, and if we did, Lorraine or staff would jump right away that moment and handle any issues if we had any.
Our 40 Anniversary to Hawaii on Pride of American cruise was over the top, stayed in a suite that Brad Pritt would have liked, it was Fantastic. Aruba was another resort treated and stayed like movie stars.
Oasis of the seas cruise was another great trip. I could go on, but you get the theme here.
Why would anyone book on the web site, when for the same cost, you get a real person doing everything for you and make sure your trips goes smoothly and have great hotels and resorts or cruises.
