Uganda Unveiled: March Break Adventure 2026

This March Break, trade textbooks and boardrooms for gorilla trails, safari sunsets, and the thrill of the Nile. From March 13–23, 2026, join a small group of like-minded travellers—families with teens over sixteen and adventurous adults—for ten days of unforgettable moments across Uganda. You will track mountain gorillas in Bwindi, cruise the Kazinga Channel past hippos and elephants, follow chimps through the forests of Kibale, and dive into the adventure capital of Jinja where rafting, kayaking, and bungee jumps await.

This is more than a trip—it is a chance to be part of something bigger. A portion of every booking goes directly to the Batwa people, one of Uganda’s most vulnerable communities with life expectancy of just 28, to fund fresh clean water projects. Our first water project will begin in November 2025, and you will have the chance to visit the site and see firsthand how travel can change lives.

Spaces are limited and demand will be high. If you’ve ever dreamed of a family adventure with real meaning, this is the time to book. Uganda unveiled.

I’m excited to share the launch of Echoes of Ubuntu Foundation.

This project was born out of something extraordinary. Earlier this year, I was entrusted with sourcing a group of the very best North American travel advisors to attend POATE in Uganda. What an honour it was to spend time with such caring, considerate, and kind human beings — professionals who see beyond bookings and commissions, who truly want to make a difference.

Together, we visited the Batwa community near Bwindi and learned a heartbreaking truth: their life expectancy is just 28 years, largely due to lack of access to clean, safe water. It was impossible to walk away unchanged. We all felt the same conviction — we had to do something.

That shared moment is how Echoes of Ubuntu began. The foundation is dedicated to turning compassion into action, starting with providing safe water sources. Sometimes the smallest things — a well, a pipe, a safe water tap — can make the biggest difference.

Together with Amarjit Keshav, the driving force behind this vision, and alongside these remarkable travel advisors, the foundation was born.
